No Return & No Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and delivered.

No Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any purchases. Once a product has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

Exceptions

We only consider exceptions in the following cases:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product

  • If you receive the wrong item

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos) at:

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
